ClimpMe helps you create shortened URLs, manage your links, and track their performance. By accessing or using ClimpMe, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About ClimpMe

ClimpMe is a URL shortening and link management platform. Our goal is to help you manage and track your URLs efficiently.

2. Eligibility

By using ClimpMe, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use ClimpMe for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in phishing scams, promoting hate speech, or infringing on copyrights.
  • Shorten links that lead to malicious content, spam, deceptive sites, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, share, or link to through ClimpMe and for ensuring that such content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to ClimpMe if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
  • Remove any links that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful, illegal, or violate our policies.
  • Modify or discontinue the service, including changing its features or functionality, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • Take any action necessary to protect our rights, the rights of our users, or to comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Intellectual Property

Ladill Technologies owns all rights, title, and interest in and to ClimpMe, including all related intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the content you create and share through ClimpMe, but by using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary graphics without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ladill.com. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and your shortened links may no longer function. We reserve the right to retain any data as necessary to comply with legal obligations or for our internal purposes.

We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Link Expiration and Data Retention

Shortened links created through ClimpMe will remain active indefinitely unless removed by us for violating these Terms or at our discretion. We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts or links after a period of inactivity, which will be communicated to you in advance.

We retain user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Third-Party Links

ClimpMe allows you to shorten URLs that may lead to third-party websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access these links at your own risk and should review the terms and policies of any third-party sites you visit.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ladill Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of ClimpMe, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ClimpMe shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in Accra, Ghana, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Alternatively, you may bring a claim in a small claims court if the claim qualifies.
